Our History

The UC Neurosensory Disorders Center, which is anchored by the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center, has developed into one of the nation's leading treatment, research and educational programs.

University Hospital, one of the first teaching hospitals in the United States, has a rich heritage in research and medical advancement. UCNI’s expertise and experience in neurosensory science has grown with the department and has expanded to include colleagues across disciplines in neurology, neurosurgery, radiology, neurocritical care and emergency medicine.
